Before placing an order! to avoid disappointment, it is essential that you read this delivery information in full.
- Our items are shipped via third party carrier companies. Handling times are 3-7 days and delivery is 4th or 8th day after the order date.
- Our process is handled entirely by the carrier company; deliveries are agreed with customer directly.
- Please do NOT to take any time off work and please DO NOT dispose of your old item until you have taken possession of the new item, as in some very extreme cases deliveries may be unsuccessful, due conditions outside our control.
- Please make sure we have the correct contact details for you, we can only use the details on your account.
- You may receive an automated email with estimated dates; this is an estimate only not the agreed date.
- Drivers are not insured to carry products beyond 2nd floor or to remove your old bed. Drivers are just delivering the product and are not proficient in assembling the products. Any assistance they provide, will be at your request and your own responsibility, we are not liable for any damages or otherwise.
- Customers are advised to make additional arrangements to assist with the collection of large items. The delivery drivers will be unable to place items in the room of your choice without assistance.
- We pay extra for items to be unwrapped and inspected, drivers will, upon request, un-wrap the item(s) for you, but will not assemble it. Please DO NOT be influenced by drivers that are impatient. It is your responsibility to check the item BEFORE signing for it; otherwise we will not be able to replace the damaged items later.
- Inspect the item(s) carefully to ensure they are damage free and complete. If there is any damage or any part of the item is missing, please refuse the delivery and return it with the driver. However, if the delivery is made in full and without damage, please ensure you sign the delivery note accordingly.
Please also note:
- Deliveries at specific time of the day are not possible, all times are estimated and there may be a change in the times due to unforeseen circumstances. We recommend that arrangements are made for a full day delivery.
- There will be times when this system does not function according to plan, in these circumstances we ask customers to contact the delivery company first and try and re-arrange a second delivery date, on occasions when this is not possible or arrangements have failed, please contact our customers services with the full details of the order and we will try and assist as much as we can.
