Why have I not received my order confirmation email?

Please ensure that you have checked your junk and spam folders for the email. To prevent this from happening again please add in sales@bedsplaza.co.uk to your safe list. If you still can’t find the email please contact us.

Can I exchange my Item/s after delivery?

For online orders, you can return an item within 14 days from the date of your delivery, providing you still have the original packaging, the item is in pristine condition and it has not been used. If you need to do this, please contact our Customer Services team via email sales@bedplaza.co.uk. A collection fee will be charged to process the return.

What is your returns policy?

You have 14 working days to notify us if you don’t like your goods. You will then be able to exchange or return them as you wish as long as they are still in the original packaging. Orders are subject to our normal terms and conditions which can be found here. Please note a collection fee will apply for any goods being returned.

My Item is not complete or some parts are missing?

Please let us know should any parts be missing from your delivery. If you contact us, most parts will be despatched within 48 hours. However, some parts which have to be ordered from a 3rd party may take longer.

What do I do if my goods arrive damaged?

In the unlikely event that one of your items is damaged, please follow the guidance in our delivery information page first, if you find that the item is damaged after delivery has been completed, please contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of delivery on our website contact us page.

Will you assemble my item?

All our products where assembly is required, come with easy to follow instructions, we try and make our products as simple as possible with minimum assembly requirements. As our products are delivered using third party partners assembly service is not included. Please read our delivery instructions inn regards to assembly by couriers.

Is your site secure?

We ascribe to online secure systems and all transactions are secure because all the details that you send to us are encrypted and sent across a secure connection. You can confirm this by the padlock symbol or key will appearing in your browser. The encryption technique we use is certified by VeriSign, the world’s most respected certification body for internet firms.

Will you pass my details on to anyone else?

Bedplaza will never pass your details to any third party. We are not affiliated to any other organisation which sells your information and we do not ascribe to any ad promotion websites. You can be confident that Bedplaza will always keep your information confidential.

Do you sell special size Products?

Yes, we can supply special sizes, we can also supply for caravans, cots, camping beds etc. Please contact us via email and we will work with you to make sure you get the correct size you need. Please bear in mind that special one-off sizes are non-returnable products and that is why it is important that you discuss your requirements with us before placing any orders.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Unfortunately, we only deliver to the UK mainland locations and remote mainland destinations may encounter longer delivery dates as well as possible special delivery costs, if you are ordering from these locations, please contact us first.

Are your items covered by a guarantee?

All our items come with a general guarantee for 12 months, against manufacture defects. Please see our returns procedure for more information.
