Our role serving customers and the community during this time is a critical one. At every level of our company, we’re working to provide the products and services that our customers and communities need most at this time. Bedplaza operations continue, but delivery times may be longer than usual.

We take working in a safe environment very seriously and have implemented policies to make sure all aspects of our operations are as safe as can be.

Our top concern is ensuring the health and safety of our employees, and our logistic partners we have invested on COVID-related initiatives getting products to customers and keeping employees safe.

We’re giving our customers more time to return items. You now have up to 60 Days from the purchase date to make a return request.

We are continuing with ongoing, enhanced cleaning in our physical stores.

We are encouraging contactless delivery to keep our customers safe.

We will continue to keep our customers informed of the latest updates via our website in regards to any changes that we make during the Pandemic.
